Terms and Conditions for Webbased AI Workshops and Plan Sessions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the workshops and sessions organised by Webbased AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for any of our workshops or plan sessions, you agree to comply with these terms and the principles outlined in our Webbased Cultural and Disability Competency Statement.


2. Workshop Categories

a. Community Workshops

Our community workshops are designed to foster learning and collaboration among individuals from diverse backgrounds. These workshops focus on providing practical knowledge and tools that support personal and community development.

  • Payment: All community workshops are paid via Stripe at the time of registration.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to change your booking, you may request to shift to another session that works for you.
  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for a change of mind.
  • Delivery: Community workshops are delivered either in person at our offices in Parnell, Auckland, or online via Google Meet. Please confirm whether your session is in person or online.

b. Business Workshops

Business workshops are tailored for organisations and professionals looking to integrate AI solutions into their workflows, optimise processes, and explore innovative strategies for growth and efficiency.

  • Payment: All business workshops are paid via Stripe at the time of registration.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to change your booking, you may request to shift to another session that works for you.
  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for a change of mind.
  • Delivery: Business workshops are delivered either in person at our offices in Parnell, Auckland, or online via Google Meet. Please confirm whether your session is in person or online.

c. Plan Sessions

Plan sessions are available for purchase directly through the website, with immediate payment required at the time of booking. Alternatively, participants can request an account option, which allows for:

  • 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • 50% payment on completion of the plan session. Final documentation will be delivered within 48 hours of the workshop closing.
  • Delivery: Plan sessions are delivered either in person at our offices in Parnell, Auckland, or online via Google Meet. Please confirm whether your session is in person or online.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event.
  • If a cancellation is made within this period, participants may request to move their booking to another session of the same service (subject to availability).
  • Refund or rescheduling requests should be sent via email to hello@webbased.ai.

4. Workshop Content and Access

  • Content: All workshops and sessions include materials and guidance relevant to the specific workshop type. These materials are proprietary to Webbased AI and are for personal and professional use only.
  • Access: Participants will have access to any online materials for [time period] after the session, unless otherwise noted.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the content, format, or schedule of any workshop or session as necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in workshops and plan sessions, including but not limited to digital content, presentations, and guides, are the intellectual property of Webbased AI. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.


6. Participant Conduct

We require all participants to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during workshops and sessions. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.


7. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, including a stable internet connection and any required software, to participate in the workshops or sessions delivered online via Google Meet.


8. Disclaimer

The workshops and plan sessions are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Webbased AI makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Participation in these sessions is at your own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webbased AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in workshops or plan sessions.


10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be collected and used according to our Privacy Policy, available at [link to Privacy Policy]. By registering, you agree to our collection and use of your data for workshop-related purposes.


11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Auckland, New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Auckland.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, and continued participation in workshops or plan sessions implies acceptance of these changes.
